OUR MISSION
Dirtbag Baseball Academy, and in particular this team, is dedicated and committed to the growth and development of all of our players. We are using the game of baseball as a platform to instruct our 12u young men, to not only thrive in the game of baseball, but more importantly, in the game of life. We strive to create a safe, sustainable environment where our players can grow their skills in baseball. We will be helping them understand that through hard work, dedication, and teamwork anything is possible.
On this team we are not afraid to make mistakes because we know that:
• Our teammates always have our back
• Our coaches will help us work through our mistakes in a positive manner
• We will make mistakes at full speed and we know we gave maximum effort
• We will learn from our mistakes and strive to not repeat them
• We will make mistakes, but our successes and victories will far outweigh the mistakes we make
• Our mistakes will soon be forgotten
• We never actually fail if we keep getting up and never give up
